Selection and Awards

　　The organizing committee of the 4th Heilongjiang International Cultural Art of Winter - Excellent Works Exhibition of International Children's Print will invite the international woodcutter to be responsible for selection and awards of works. The exhibition will set up 20 gold awards, 40 silver awards, 60 bronze awards, 80 excellence awards, all selected works will be presented the selected certificate，and all awarded works will be issued the certificate of award. All selected authors will be given an album of "The 4th Heilongjiang International Cultural Art of Winter - Excellent Works Exhibition Collection of International Children's Print"　　

　　"Gardener Award" for Advisor

　　Select "Gardener Award" for advisor: Advisor of gold award winner will receive gold award of "Gardener Award", advisor of silver award winner will receive the silver award of "Gardener Award"; advisor of bronze award winner will receive the bronze award of "Gardener Award"; and advisor of excellence award winner will receive an excellence award of "Gardener Award".

　　Group Organization Award

　　The exhibition unit who organizes more than 100 pieces of exhibits will be awarded organization award of excellence print creation.

　　 Publication of Artbooks 

　　Publish/distribute publicly "The 4th Heilongjiang International Cultural Art of Winter - Excellent Works Exhibition Collection of International Children's Print "， including all selected works.

　　Others

　　1. The organizing committee of the exhibition has the rights of distribution, publication, and publicity for all exhibits, and should not pay the authors additionally.

　　2. All authors who send works for exhibition shall be deemed to confirm and comply with the provisions of the contributions wanted.

　　3. The exhibition organizing committee has the right of final explanation.
