V. Quantity of Exhibits

　　A total of 400 works will be exhibited.

　　VI. Collection Requirement for works

　　1. Exhibition objects: the children younger than 16-year-old from all countries and regions in the world. Exhibits are divided into three groups, which are pre-school group (below 6 years old), primary school group (6-12 years old), and middle school group (12-16 years old) respectively.

　　2. The work must be created in the form of print, but the medium and techniques are not limited.

　　3. All exhibits must be original, the photos, copy and various electronic printing works will not be accepted. 

　　4. The specifications of works shall not be less than 40cm x 40cm, and also shall not be more than 60cm x 80cm, and the mounting is not necessary.

　　5. Please fill out the English and Chinese "Works Exhibition Card" on the lower right corner of the back of works with pencil. For the group works, send the "List of Works" which is filled out and printed by computer together with the works, and please use "Excel" to fill out the electronic version of "List of Works" and send the list to "sebhz@126.com".

　　6. Fill out a standardized mailing address, contact telephone number and zip code. For works which are not selected, the organizing committee will return them to the authors.

　　7. The selected works will be in collection of organizing committee.

　　8. Each domestic work will be charged RMB 20 for selection fee, and each foreign work will be charged for 20 US dollars for collection fee.

　　9. Deadline: From August 1 to October 1，2009 ( based on the date of local postmark).
